A more typical mainstream 13mm A Grade straight cut chip, long clean and crispy. The drying process in manufacture gives excellent Bain Marie Hold times.  More stringent defect specs mean a very clean product. Thinner cut than Marvel means a faster cook, but still has the taste benefits of our carefully chosen Potato varieties.
